Brissa is a beautiful five or six year old girl whose feathery ears, warm brown eyes, and sparkling white fur capture the majestic beauty and cuteness associated with baby polar bears.

Brissa's personality captures the traits associated with Great Pyrenees. She is mostly calm, but prone to bouts of pure silliness several times a day. She is patient, sweet, and en joys attention but is not demanding. She is quite intelligent, but not in the quick to obey way of some other breeds. Brissa considers “commands” to be “recommendations” and likes to take a few moments to consider her options before committing to a course of action. Most of the time, she is willing to go along with what the humans want, but when she digs in those furry heels, she needs a strong leader who knows how to persuade a Pyr to cooperate.

Brissa has been learning about the joys of taking daily walks and is building up her endurance. She is definitely a “stroll around the park” girl, rather than someone who is up for a serious hike.

After very slow and careful introductions, Brissa gets along with other dogs. She wouldn't mind being your one and only canine pal, though. She also gets along well with respectful cats and children.

Brissa is currently being fostered in Klamath Falls, OR.

All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing.

Adoption Fee:  $300

PLEASE NOTE:  Northwest a dopter pays cost of transport to independent transport service.
