“Are you ready for Winter?” No, not cold, frigid gloomy winter. But warm sweet loving Winter! Big, beautiful white with bright chestnut markings full of life and warmth!
Winter is a Great Pyrenees mix of either retriever or collie, weighing about 60 lbs and is a very sweet and very loving girl. She needs a confident, experienced leader. She is obedient and listens well. Winter is an intelligent beauty who knows shake (she is a southpaw) sit and come. She is crate trained and does well on a leash. She needs work on “off” as she loves to be close and share her happiness and love with you and say exuberant hellos with lots of doggy kisses. Miss Winter is mostly Pyr, and like most Pyrs, does bark. She is very protective of the home and will alert bark at unknown noises from in or around the house until she sees it.
Winter’s ideal new home would be an active single or active, older couple with a big yard on a quiet street or rural setting with a dog companion, but no felines. It’s heaven when she goes to an off-leash dog park and will sleep soundly. Winter has climbed on a lap and has suddenly jumped up and given big hugs randomly. Could she be the one to make your days warm and sweet, as, is she?
