“Everybody’s best friend.” Meet cool Glacier, a friendly, playful Pyr. Glacier, born around January 2019, weighing 59 lbs, was rescued by the Great Pyrenees Rescue Society from a Texas animal shelter as a stray.
Glacier is easy going with everyone he meets and has had some basic training. He would flourish in an active home with older, considerate kids and a resident canine companion with a big yard to play and run in.
He is a respectful, bright Pyr and needs confident leaders in his family familiar with Pyr traits and habits. Please complete an Adoption Application if you need a best friend like Glacier.
All dogs and puppies require VISIBLE fencing

ADOPTION, FOSTERING, AND DONATIONS are just some of the ways you can help a rescued dog. We have worked hard to cultivate a large network of volunteers to save this majestic breed. While monetary donations are always much appreciated, you can also help by donating your time as a GPRS foster or volunteer!
