“Happiness starts with a wet nose and a wagging tail.” Hutch is a dog that has that effect. He is a happy Pyr that greets people with a wagging tail and a friendly attitude. He loves to receive hugs, pets, belly rubs and is very food motivated.
He likes to play outdoors with his toys and gets along well with his foster canine siblings. Hutch is house trained, crate trained, rides well in a car, and walks well on a leash.
Hutch was born around March 2019 and was rescued by the Great Pyrenees Rescue Society from a Texas animal shelter as a stray.
He would do well in a family with older, considerate kids and a friendly resident canine companion to pal around with in a large fenced yard. He is an easy-going dog and would make a great family companion.
Looking for some happiness with a dog, start by completing an Adoption Application for Hutch.
