Born around May 2020, I’m a big, goofy, show-stopping lover boy who has never met a person I didn’t adore. I like other dogs just fine (especially my foster fur sister—I do a great job keeping her entertained), but let’s be real: humans are my favorite species. If you’ve got a hand to pet me, a leg to lean on, or a lap to rest my head on, I’m already on my way. Sometimes I’ll even gently wedge myself between your legs just to make sure you don’t forget I’m there. I’d be perfectly happy in a home with just my humans—as long as you’re around most of the day—but I’d also enjoy having another doggy playmate. I’m house-trained and have proven I can be trusted loose in the house while my people are at work. I’m also nearly a pyrfect gentleman on a leash… unless a neighborhood cat suddenly sprints by like it’s inviting me to play tag. Because of that, a cat-free home would be best for me. I’m still working on filling out into the 100+ lb boy I’m meant to be, and apparently my happy dance at mealtimes is “the cutest thing ever.” (Their words, not mine.) Because my joy sometimes spills over—especially when food or favorite people are involved—I’d do best in a home without small children. Think of a lovable bull in a china shop, but with the best intentions. I’m a quick learner, especially when rewarded with love and snacks, and I’m happiest when I get to be someone’s cuddly companion around the house. So, if you’re looking for a handsome, affectionate, low-key partner who will stick by your side and fill your home with love, I just might be your guy.
