Oh, hello there! My name is Felicity, and I firmly believe that personal space is a myth invented by people who’ve never experienced the bliss of a full-body snuggle from a gorgeous Great Pyrenees. Sure, I may look like I belong on a mountaintop guarding flocks with stoic elegance, but let’s be real—I’m happiest when I’m sprawled across your lap like a throw blanket with a heartbeat. I was born around April 2020, and there’s a reason my name is Felicity—my happiness bubbles over like a fizzy drink, and my tail conducts a perpetual symphony of delight. I adore treats—delicate little snack enthusiast that I am—and I take them oh-so-gently, like a polite bear at afternoon tea. Yes, I’m stunning (I know, I know), but I bring more to the table than just good looks and luxurious fur. I bring joy. I bring warmth. I bring a commitment to sitting on your feet no matter how many times you say, “Felicity, you’re not a lap dog.” I hear you. I just—respectfully disagree. I’m on the hunt for a forever home that understands my most sacred truths: snuggling is a lifestyle, belly rubs should be uninterrupted, and love is best delivered in extra-large servings. If you’re ready for a companion who adores deeply, lounges excessively, and considers boundaries extremely negotiable, then I am the lovable best friend you never knew you needed. Let's make this official!

GPRS has proudly placed thousands of Great Pyrenees and GP mixes in the PNW for over a decade. Our volunteers have over 100 years combined experience fostering, screening, and placing this majestic breed into loving, forever homes. When adopting from us, you can rest assured that we provide life-long support and advice when it comes to your new family member. As always, our purpose is to find the best match for every unique dog that comes through our doors. Taking the time to find the right fit comes first and foremost at the Great Pyrenees Rescue Society. If you are interested in adopting, please take the time, and apply. You will see firsthand how much care, attention and love goes into the process, when you are guided a personal screener. This is why we have people come back again and again for their next family member! See all our dogs, fill out an application and discover why we are the BEST at placing the right dog in the right home! https://gprs.rescuegroups.org/.

ADOPTION, FOSTERING, AND DONATIONS are just some of the ways you can help a rescued dog. We have worked hard to cultivate a large network of volunteers to save this majestic breed. While monetary donations are always much appreciated, you can also help by donating your time as a GPRS foster or volunteer.
