** Tune in to our Facebook page (Great Pyrenees Rescue Society - GPRS) every Sunday at 3pm CT to see our dogs LIVE! You can also find previous episodes on our YouTube channel (@gprspyrs). If you would like a specific dog to be featured on our show, please email us at info@greatpyreneesrescuesociety.org. ** Meet Susanne, a Great Pyrenees beauty who has truly mastered the art of “go with the flow.” Born around July 2023, Susanne is calm, composed, and so well-mannered she could probably host a dinner party without knocking over a single wine glass. While some dogs bounce off the walls, Susanne prefers to keep life in a steady groove—think more “zen goddess” than “wild child.” She adores people and will gently nudge you for attention like she’s politely requesting an autograph. Her affection is sweet and steady, like a warm cup of tea that occasionally gives you kisses. Susanne plays well with others—dogs adore her, cats approve of her, and humans? Well, they usually fall head over heels in about 30 seconds. With her twinkling eyes and adorable smile, this pretty girl will make you want to cancel your plans and just sit beside her with a good book (or, let’s be honest, just stare at her majestic floof). She doesn’t pull on the leash—she strolls like she’s window shopping in Paris—and when it comes to car rides? She’s the ideal passenger—quiet, contemplative, and only mildly offended when you don’t let her sit in the front seat like the dignified lady she is. If you’re looking for a best friend who brings calm, sweetness, and a daily dose of glamour, Susanne is ready to fluff up your life in the most fabulous way.
